We recently built this custom Mariposa Road Integrated bicycle with a mix of Kaisei and Columbus tubing, a Columbus Trefoil Integrated fork, Sram Red 2 x 12 speed groupset, Zipp 202 NSW sub 1100 gram wheelset and Pirelli Pzero 700c x 32mm tires. The bike is versatile as the weight and gearing help make the climbs easier while the larger tires are provide comfort and stability on rougher roads. The internal cable routing cleans up the front end of the bike improving aerodynamics.
