This Mariposa road bike was built to use the Columbus Trittico fork with integrated cable routing, a fork designed to be used with steel bicycles. Under the crown and between the stays there is ample clearance for a 32 mm tire making the bike both comfortable and quick on smooth tarmac and bumpier roads.
The frame was built with Columbus and Kaisei tubing and Paragon Machine Works dropouts. SRAM Red was outfitted along with a Zipp seatpost, FIzik Aliante saddle, ENVE handlebars, Mariposa leather tape and a Shimano PRO superlight stem. The ZIPP wheels are fitted with Pirelli P-Zero RS 700C x 32 mm tires and Pirelli TPU tubes.
