SHIMANO GRX WH-RX180 ALLOY GRAVEL WHEEL DESCRIPTION:

The Shimano GRX WH-RX180 Alloy Gravel Wheel is a reliable and value packed upgrade for gravel and adventure bicycles. Tubeless-ready 25mm wide alloy rims are optimized for use with higher volume tires and will provide a smooth ride, excellent cornering grip, and enhanced flat protection especially when going over rough terrain. The alloy thru axle hubs feature widely spaced spoke flanges that improve the lateral strength and stiffness of the wheel, and industrial steel bearings are packed inside of the hub for long term reliability and performance. Butted stainless steel j-bend spokes are used to tie everything together, and these spokes not only reduce the rotating weight, they also add a touch of compliance to the ride and can be easily replaced if one should happen to get damaged. Finally, the tubeless valve core and rim tape are pre-installed so it is much easier to get these wheels set up on the bike so a rider can quickly get back to having a great time on the trails.
