The F40/M50 stool is brazed and painted in the Mariposa workshop using bicycle lugs, tubing and paint. The crown/baseplates at the top of the stool were made in Toronto in a local workshop as were the oak seats. Rosedale School Of the Arts Student, Lily Fletcher compiled a photo documentary of Michael and Peter building the stools.

Dede Barry

Dede Barry is a Silver medallist from the 2004 Athens Olympics and multiple medallist of World, National and Pan-American Championships. She is now an owner of Mariposa Bicycles and continues to ride her bike daily in and around Toronto and guides cycling tours internationally.
