Such an interesting build from you guys. Dumb question: why the Ultegra rear derailleur? It doesn’t appear to be long-cage (or one of the new clutch ones).
Thank you. It is a long cage derailleur with a published max cassette capacity of 11-34, but it actually works well with 11-36.
What is the “device” on the seat tube just below the seat? And what is the weight ?
It is a Lezyne HP Pump held on with pump pegs.
The weight of the bike with pedals is 20 lbs. It is not built with our lightest tubing.
Hi Steve–It’s a Lezyne pump. The bike weighs 19 pounds with pedals.
