This frame is an excellent example of the ornate lugged Hetchins.  The Hetchins “Vibrant” stays were claimed to make the bike more comfortable and resilient.  Campagnolo Record derailleurs, hubs and headset, Specialites TA “Adapteur” crankset, Mafac brakes, Brooks saddle.
